Summary of our current price list in high and low season:

The prices differ depending on the apartment.

Our prices include the following services:
- bed linens
- bath towels (on request we change them)
- dish cloths
- TV-Sat and radio
- chairs, table and deck chairs on the balcony
- garden tables and benches
- garden barbecue
- private parking
- bicycles
- sledges
- ski storage and boot dryers
- books and magazines
- restroom with playground for children
- Wi-Fi

For the kids in the price is included:
- children's bed
- stroller
- child carrier
- raised chair
- many games
- playground with slide, swing and sandbox

Not included in the price:

- use of the washing machine
- use of the wellness area in the associated hotel

The apartments can be occupied from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are an unpleasant event for both parties and for this reason we are forced to set the following conditions:
The confirmatory deposit is a sum that will be lost, if the booked stay will not be made, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the guest is required to pay the full price of the booked stay.
For cancellations from 1 month up to 7 days before arrival we have to count 70% of the agreed costs for the booked period.
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival we have to count 80% of the agreed cost for the booked period.
